Neutral earthing resistors limit the fault current that would flow through the neutral point of a transformer or generator in the event of an earth fault
as per reference standard IEEE C57.32a.

Fault current
Fault duration (normally 10 or 30 seconds)

Protection class: IP21 – IP55.
